PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

​1. The products offered on this website are physical products containing small parts and not intended for use by children. If given to children, Beads Factor shall not be liable for any consequences.

2. Any use by you of products purchased through the website is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which products shall be used.

Although the images of the products are taken from the actual products with every possible effort taken to display the product and its colour accurately, it is not always possible to catch every shade of the actual product colour properly, therefore the colour of the actual product may slightly vary from that provided on the picture. 

4. Beads Factor does not guarantee that the quality of the product you purchase or the service you receive will meet your expectations.

​BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

​1. You, the user, agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on Beads Factor website. 

2. The user agrees to promptly update their account and billing information.

3. The user is aware that the wrong information provided by the user may cause order processing and delivery delays, and that Beads Factor shall not be liable for this.

4. It is user's responsibility to provide the correct and valid delivery address for a successful order delivery. Beads Factor shall not be responsible for delivery delays and/or non-deliveries if the user fails to do so.

5. Beads Factor reserves the right to cancel any orders if the user does not provide a valid billing and delivery address information.

CONTRACT

1. The user understands and agrees that no sale contract exists between them and Beads Factor until their purchase is complete and full payment is taken from their credit/debit card or Paypal account.

2. The user agrees to be bound by sales contract between them and Beads Factor, be aware and comply with our Terms and Conditions of Use, Shipping and Returns Policy as soon as their order is accepted.

3. Beads Factor reserves the right not to accept any order where we were not able to obtain a payment authorisation.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any order for the product which is out of stock, discontinued, does not meet our quality control or if there is an error in the pricing or product description.

5. Beads Factor may also refuse to accept an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods and delivery charges (if applicable) in question. 

SHOPPING IN STORE/WAREHOUSE

No Pets & Children Under 7 Years of Age

For the safety and comfort of all our customers and staff, as well as to maintain a focused shopping environment, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed:

  • No Pets Allowed: We love animals, but due to the nature of our products (small beads and components) and potential allergies, pets are not permitted on the premises.

  • Children Under 7: To ensure a safe, quiet shopping experience for all customers and to maintain a focused environment for our staff, we ask that children under the age of 7 not accompany adults inside the store.
