Welcome to our online jewellery and tiara making supplies shop! We're thrilled to share our story with you, a tale that began with a passion for creativity and a love for crafting unique pieces of jewellery.

Beads Factor is a small family-run business located in Clydebank, Scotland. Our journey began in 2015 with a passion for crafting and a fascination for the intricate world of bridal jewellery and headpieces.

As you may already know, there is no such a thing as too many beads and we literally were buying the beads and findings for our projects from every single shop or market we could find. The surplus beads that accumulated over time sparked a new creative endeavour and we decided to turn our hobby into something more – a haven for bead lovers of all kinds. And thus, our bead shop was born. 

In 2017, with a handful of left-over beads and a heart full of dreams, Beads Factor shop was opened on Etsy, a marketplace for all things creative and crafty. Our fascination with beads, their colours, textures, and endless possibilities, sparked the idea of bringing this joy to others as well.

At first we specialised mostly in supplies for bridal jewellery and headpiece making stocking the widest range of accessories for this purpose in the UK. In winter 2019 our first brick and mortar shop was opened in Hidden Lane, Glasgow. Unfortunately due to the beginning of covid-19 pandemic, compulsory self-isolation and mass panic the whole lane was shut and our small bead shop had to relocate back home in hopes for better days coming.

Driven by a desire to make quality jewellery making supplies accessible to everyone, we continued running an Etsy store and scoured the globe for the most exquisite and diverse collection of beads and findings.   

Over the years, our online shop has evolved into more than just a place to purchase wedding jewellery making supplies. It has become a haven for artisans, jewellery enthusiasts, and DIY aficionados searching for inspiration. In October 2022 we moved our huge stock to Clydebank Business Park and in August 2023 our brand new online store was launched.

Now we take pride in offering not only a wide variety of wedding headpiece making supplies but also an extensive range of charms, jewellery connectors, quality findings, rhinestones and tools to support your jewellery-making journey.
