Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs apply for orders under £150 and will be added at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail. If you have some special delivery requirements or need your order shipped by express service, please contact us for a quote.

How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days unless other processing time is indicated in the listings.

Domestic orders are shipped by 1st class recorded delivery which aims 1-2 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped by international tracked/tracked and signed/signed delivery services depending on your location. Overseas Royal Mail deliveries aim 7-10 working days to arrive, but in some cases may take longer.

Delivery details and tracking info will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

NB! We reserve the right to change the standard delivery service to the one that we feel is more suitable for your order at our discretion. Please keep an eye on your dispatch notification email, and note that a signature may be required on delivery.
